Katahdin Area Support Group (KASG)
A local volunteer organization that strives to offer support to cancer patients and their families in the Katahdin region that includes towns of Millinocket, East Millinocket and Medway. Equipment Loan – A large inventory of equipment which covers everything from hospital beds to shower seats, wheel chairs, commodes, crutches, walkers and canes are available for loan to Tri-Town residents only. All equipment must be returned in good condition when it’s no longer being used.
The support group relies on donations to continue their work.
